Off to South Africa tomorrow morning…
It’s a 15 hour flight from JFK to JNB, so I’ll get into Joburg at 8:30AM January 5th. Not totally sure what the internet situation will be, but we’re supposed to have it on campus, so I’ll try to check in and post some photos while there. Most photos, as usual, will have to wait till I get back to NYC.
I’m not going to take the train from Joburg to Cape Town now, just fly, but that means I get a couple of extra days there to explore and relax and I’m really looking forward to that. As cool as the train would be, extra time in Cape Town is a fair trade off.
